Just a note.

There is a better use for natural gas that burns it more co2 efficiently. Natural Gas fuel cells for direct electric home production. I've heard nothing of NG fuel cells for cars, yet.Was wondering why Hydrogen was the only consideration(Plug power)

The car companies could continue on with their electric and electric hybrid/ hybrids. I would think better from a safety standpoint.

I don't know about the Wind thing, HOWEVER, I think his idea of converting cars and trucks to Natural Gas is RIGHT ON.

Current generation Cars and Trucks can run on Natural Gas as well as they can burn Gasoline (converted vehicles will get slightly less mileage, NG vehicles from the factory will get virtually identical mileage)

Oh boy! I need both a spell and content checker. You get my drift though: The weak currency also plays a pivotal role in the price of energy, be it natural gas or otherwise. Because it is conceivable to contain and solve the energy crisis (per T. Boone to cut off the foreign supply factor) but still have a very high domestic price(albeit all-american)due to inflation and a weak dollar. In such case, people do not win; the right solution is both energy self-reliance and a strong domestic economy.
