You can either use the file upload function in e107 - in Admin area go to Tools > File Manager and click the "Upload to this dir" button to the right of the folder named "banners" in the Images Directory - if your permissions on the server don't allow upload to that folder the "Upload to this dir" button won't show.
The other option is to FTP the image up there into the images/banners folder.
