Braces as an Adult :/

im thinking of gettin braces to straighten my top teeth....but idk what i should do..im comfortable with my teeth but everyones telling me ill be happy with the results after braces

I am 28 and I currently have metal braces. I got them last November and I feel that it was the best decision for me. There is some discomfort but the time for me has flown by really fast. I would suggest that you have a consultation with an Orthodontist because I feel that they can answer your questions more accurately.

I had got braces at the age of 21 but i never regret it because you be so surprise how much better your teeth will look. Also, I have a better self-confidence with my self and once you get braces your teeth will so much better and they wont look as big because they will be lined up with your other teeth. Your teeth wont stick out anymore and your mouth will come back some. So I think your should get them. You might not have to wear them that long maybe a year and half.

oh hey ur making videos again? i remember i used to watch your hair videos..anyway..I think you should def get them!! Teeth move and if you have gaps or overbites, etc, they will continually get worse..Thats why braces work, because our teeth are able to be manipulated with the braces..just get em..im 21 & i have an overbite & the doctor showed me what myteeth will look like in 10 yrs without em..its def worth it..and time flies!!

i think you are a pretty girl but you know what you have to do,because you know what you feel inside.it is easy to cover up and say i am happy with my teeth but when you are alone you know what you feel.be true to yourself,you are what you feel,you think you can live with your teeth but can you? if you have managed to live your life with bad teeth then two years of braces is nothing,wether it hates or not.your are stronger than you think you are.x

I am 22 years old and i went to the dentist for the first time in my life last month and the dentist told me that I will have to have braces. I kind of knew that it would have to come to the point of getting braces and I'm nervous but I kind of look forward to it. However, I don't think i would get braces if my dentist had not recommended. I think that you should do what you are comfortable with and what u feel is best. Good luck :)
