Remember that these suites don't have tempo markings, and whilst the dance movements are performed at a tempo appropriate to the style, the Preludes don't have specific instructions as to how they are to be played, hence giving the performer freedom to interpret how they please. Rostropovich plays it this way, and though I don't particularly like his Bach I admire his interpretation. Basically there's no single correct way of playing these pieces, and one shouldn't be condemned for interpreting!

Consequently, some moves are more accurate than others, just as some opinions are likewise more valid. (I suppose validity, though, depends on the game being played.)

An analogy may prove most luciferous. Consider chess--in chess, the accuracy of a move describes whether a move, given the position, was sufficient to avoid a threat, such as a loss of material without compensation or checkmate. An inaccurate move, in contrast to an accurate move, allows an opponent to gain a greater advantage--whether material, tactical, or positional--, and can easily lose a game.
