  • This is an incredible track. I love it. Your music is awe inspiring.

  • @TheMourningKitchen

That's incredible because it is the state of awe which inspires me!

  • This was such a unique and captivating song! I am a young composer who loves to listen to the work of others who have developed and cultivated their musical skills. I immensely enjoyed listening to your work!

I am uncultivated and raw... Every last note.

I have no idea about ethics when it comes to my music. I just let go and play what I feel.

  • @batfly

Then we have all the more reason to be amazed! ;) It is very awesome when the music you play does not come from a lot of stressing and "pushing", but simply flows. Music is like a tide, and as composers, we must all learn how to follow it where it goes, and not "over-think" things. Because, (from MY experience anyway), to "over-think" the music is often to begin pushing against that tide.

    Exactly!

The way I feel... is I am a channel and the river of music flows through me...

Or another way of looking at it...

I am an archeologist of sound... I brush away the soil to uncover hidden beauty. The music has always been there just waiting for someone with enough patience and courage to reveal it.

  • Wow, just wow. Amazing.

I have often felt the same way. We are all channels. With me, (and perhaps this sounds strange), I do not feel the music as being something that is overtly "inside", and trying to come out, but rather something given to me from the outward that I must let in. And when I allow it to, it flows through me like a beautiful tide, and makes its way out again.
