Better check out the "mindcontrol" connection to the Battel Memorial Institute in Colunbus Ohio. Some victims, lab employees accidently poisoned, are still in Ohio. Periodically they get really wacky with behovior similiar to the people in the video with no explanation other than working in the Battel labs. thanks Rduanewilling

@00Weedman00 the old footage in this video isn't of LSD test patients, they were shellshock victims of trench warfare in world war 1. look up "verdun shellshock victims" on youtube.
