Full speed systema is fun......... because it hurts like hell.
With Martin I learned,........ you need to match the speed of that attacker.
So, the faster you attack him the more painful will be for you.
What was really interesting to me practicing the Systema
I discover kind of pain in this strange places..... never known to me befor.

I would love to learn from him! There is so much integrity, and his moves are just so simple, it must be magic to move like that!
