Once you unlocke Hyper Street Fighter Alpha, there are 4 different modes to play.

Classic mode: Your character has the abilities of the bosses, they have the Shadaloo insignia

SF3 3rd Strike mode: Your character has the ability of parrying and other stuff.

Darkstalkers mode: Your character can chain combos like SFA and Vampire Savior.

Xmen vs SF mode: Your character has the abilities to make powerful attacks (like big hadoukens, shoryuken wit full fire, like Marvel vs Capcom series).

To unlock evil Ryu, you must build your character upto level 31 of world tour.

actually all you have to do is play as akuma in alpha 3 and lose to M.bison in the final 2 rounds in arcade mode, then it will say you've unlocked secret game one. then it will say go to alpha 3 hold down select when picking and it would make you play alpha 3 upper. which gives you all the characters for alpha 3 upper. i'm now lying because i just did that today
