@MIKON8ERISBACK Aah I see. I dunno weather mine is old or not. The reason why I asked that is because some people were complaining that those tv's ruin the game completely. And do you mean that these tv's have maximum 480i? I mean I'm not a hardcore gamer so I don't care about the HD graphics and all. But 480 sounds pretty decent.

Dude I was wondering. I also have a 24inch Flat crt tv, and I'm planing on buying a ps3. So if I hook it up to the t.v, will it be good? I mean will it affect the graphics in anyway?

@rigolith Unless it's one of the older CRT HDTVs, it won't be HD. The default settings on the PS3 should work with 480i. The graphics will still be very good.

@MrCarmani12 CRT TVs are much more durable than LCD or Plasma. they really need to go back to manufacturing those CRT widescreen HDTVs from the early 2000s. They last a LONG time.

@MIKON8ERISBACK ya also i had got ace lcd monitor and what happend? a hanger fell on it and it was broken. that will never happen to my old dell crt.
