meds suck because the person becomes zombie like...I went through Bio or Neurofeedback and it helped out a lot more than the ritalin. In fact the ritalin almost killed me.

ok now im for sure not gonna take ritalin but i cant rlly concentrate in school what should i do

I would recommend trying to find something you really enjoy like writing or playing an instrument because it will help greatly with the concentration issues. Then take the amount of focus needed that, and approach the school work with the same attitude.
