i was there; i was one of the people lying on the ground spelling out "make out not war." i am a hippie, and i have a job, and i am an army wife. i support my husband in iraq and many other soldiers who are now or have been overseas following orders to fight for the oil underneath iraq's sand. when was the last time you talked a solider with PTSD out of a flashback and calmed them down, gently letting them know that it's going to be ok, that no one here is going to shoot at them? get a clue.

i remember the make love not war of the 60's hippie movement. they were having sex with anyone. sometime they would walk up to a stranger "i believe in free love,let's have sex." shortly after the free love,flower chidren,communes etc.,aids popped up.makes you wonder! most of the college protesters were getting their tution paid by taxpayers, these cowards signed up to get their tution paid by agreeing to serve their country.these cowardly draft dodgers took our money under false pretenses.
