My performance of Frank Bencriscutto's Serenade. Performed sophomore year at the spring band concert which also included the Chaminade Flute Concertino, Copland's El Salon Mexico, and Kodaly's Hary Janos suite.

Eugene Rousseau has an alternate ending/cadenza for this piece that is quite nice, and adds for an exciting finish. But it ends on an altissimo D, so keep practicing those overtones! Nice job, at such a young age! :)

What grade? Pretty good for what it is honestly. Could still use lots of improvement. I find myself saying, decent but no where near where I will remember this after I get off.

ha yeah that third run after the oboe solo always messes me up too! lol but then again so does the end like majorly... i got a 2 on this at contest this past weekend and am happy with that for how much time i put in which was not much lol
