  • I've watch all of your reviews of the Bond movies and The Dark Knight and I must ask, why do you feel the need to pronounce names differently than how they were pronounced in the films? It doesn't make you seem smart, rather just not very well learned in the material you're reviewing.

  • @TheAsylumGamer Perhaps a British accent would help?

  • @TheAsylumGamer yeah...Cam.Pell, John Rise-Davies??

  • I think of Goldeneye, proberbly as one of the best, if not the best Bond film till date. And yes, I was born in 1990, yes I grew up with Brosnan as Bond. But I can say that it is NOT influenced due to the N64 game.(shamefully I never really played the FPS classic.) What really does it for me is that Brosnan revived the series so well, and it feels so fresh out of all previous 16 movies, that it still stands out for me. And I for one think the BGM in the movie is actually brilliantly different

  • @TheAsylumGamer I've watched*

  • i think after nearly twenty years Goldeneye is abit of an Emporers new clothes and rather overratted. At the time we hadnt had Bond for six years and were grateful for him to be back but it is a very predictable effort. Its very cliched and formulaic. Good for the time but doesnt work now. We've been spoilt with Dalton and Craig in the Bond stakes. Brosnan was the formula Bond and not my favourite. The generation who came to it via computer game tend to make it the sacred cow it really isnt.

  • i dont understand ur review ??

  • I understand why some people feel that Brosnan's Bond is a composite of previous Bond actors. But I'd put that flaw more at the hands of the producers. Making the Bond so successful again meant that Brosnan had to appeal to everyone and therefore lack's any real defining characteristics. Brosnan gets to create people in 'The Fourth Protocol' and 'Tailor of Panana'. With Bond, he just gets to create a movie icon.

  • At 6:16, one of the Lemmings actually got hit by the car. Look closeley at the guy on the far left.

  • I dont get it, you say if a computer were to create the perfect james bond he would turn up like this and Brosnan is exactly how you would imagine him to look, he's perfect, so that means he's your LEAST favorite bond?
