@waqasayub22....it was'nt ''spaada'' or pakistani forces but it was our corrupt politician and our ''beywaqoof'' awaam who were sleeping that time and for last 65 years...so if u wana blame sum1 then blame them!!

well u wont get any reliable info about it on net...but the confirmation is there ...
MIRV is being developed and i do have links too some that actually work in NDC,KRL etc..
