Hello, I have a special case. I am not sure exactly what time I was born, my mother says that I was born at 11:59pm 7/7/86 according to the doctor says that I was born 12am 7/8/86...does this make a difference? And would I be Cancer Ascendent or Rising..thanks your videos are wonderful!!

Okay, I'm confused. I am a cancer July 13 with Aries rising 9 degrees. So is jupiter affecting my career in a good way and pluto is destroying my relationships?
