'Dr Hill: Southern Nationalism vs American Imperialism'

Ok, more to the letter acording to the original constitution, you mean? What, in your oppinion, is/are the biggest "jokes" of today with how the US is run?
What would that mean in foreign policy (differences from now)?
Hope you don't mind me asking, I just find it interesting :)

Selling our country out to mega corporations that outsource our economy and jobs to third world nations for their cheap labor? Supporting a military-industrial complex that creates profit off of murder and extends America's imperialistic foreign policy by attempting to conquer every nation that refuses to accept the globalization of corporate rule by the upper class elites? The brainwashing of Americans (and other populations of Americanized nations) into believing that they're actually GOOD?

I take it that is how you see todays USA?
I agree with you. I am just curious if and how a southern nation would be different. From what I've heard from most people it would be. But I'm trying to figure out more about it :)

Well I'm not too familiar with southern nationalism, actually. So I'm probably not the best person to be seeking information from, but there has been a big wave of nationalism suddenly taking hold across the world due to the global economic crisis for the reasons I mentioned. Society needs to localize and focus on FAIR trade rather than free trade. Capitalist trade organizations and greedy corporations are taking advantage of populations all over the world and the people are starting to fight it
