Back in "my" gym for the final step of my way to the Barbarian-requirement: 40 dips and 20 pull-ups and 50 push-ups and 5 muscle-ups in a row in less-than-6-minutes.
***It was fun all the way up to this***

  • @oneillddrummer Questions don't offend: I'm not gay and I don't wear any make up; muscle-ups require agility and rythm more than strenght: pull-ups and dips are a way to get to them; since an year and half I don't train my chest with weights, only by calisthenics: weight can be good very useful anyway. I was already in good shape so it took less than 8 weeks to nail the first requirement: now it became too dangerous (per my taste) for my goal is to train to be healthy, not to show off. Cheers!

  • @shckar You can get access to the Bar-barians club and, if you don't pay attention to good form for every exercise and for the muscle-ups in particular, you could get some injuries too. Good luck!
