A while back I was coached by Ivan Abadjiev for a couple of months, who some consider to be the greatest coach ever. He was also Naim's coach when he was still weightlifting for Bulgaria. And he kinda opened my eyes to the whole thing. On a side note he also had a lot of cool stories to tell

@brands1 It is his style I guess. I also lift my feet quite high. With a lighter weight higher of course, but I also sort of jump with my 1RM. My snatch and clean and jerk are not comparable to his though :( 90kg snatch and 115 kg clean and jerk.

Honestly, he's my cousin, even not to close. And his name was Plamen Boevski, but his father lost his brain and changed him to Boev recently.

They had to train in almost nothign because thier luggage was lost on the plane trip over. The Italians had to hunt down some suits and shoes for them to wear during the competitions. Kind of makes you feel rediculous when you see someone who "needs" to have an ipod on during a contest.
