first of it wasn't an ak it looked liked a psl rifle he used it because of the magnification the guy next to him was probably a Yugoslavian solder the embassy was occupied by both american troops and Yugoslavian

@something01992 that's because we got over run and had no ammo left and sometimes you have to think quick like taking an ak of a dead Taliban fighter
