HI Jonathan can I ask when you say the boiling time for eggs do you take that from when the eggs start a rolling boil also when you say 200c for 15 to 20 mins do you preheat the oven or put them straight in for 15 to 20 mins? Thanks in advance Ian

@sandydogy timing is from the start of the rolling boil for boiling the eggs. Oven needs to be preheated and then put the scotch eggs in for 15 to 20 min
