Also if you would have listened to the arguement, you would know the decision is based on allowing people to question why they are being imprisoned with no charges, in a court of law, which I am sure you stand up for is the law of this land?

If you can't try to make your points without calling me names, you are showing your weakness to defend your position. The examples you give are foolish to downright stupid. If no charges have been filed on any of them, how are they guilty of terrorism? If it is not about race, then why are only Arabs and Muslims being called terrorist. If you were in prison with no charges you would like the same treatment. Your bias and racism is showing throughout your comments. Use intellegence.

Have we ever hung a prisoner from a bridge? or set them on fire? or cut their heads off? or dragged their bodies through the streets? Do you really believe all the crap you hear?
Flushing a Koran down the toilet? Have you ever tried to flush a book down the toilet? It can't be done. They are talking about treatment, they are talking about having court trials for each and every terrorist just like we do for criminals in our own country and having to prove guilt with evidence. This is crazy.

They will never treat us humanly, even if you give them flowers every day in the morning. Terrorist should taste the same things they do to us. Any other posture is weak. I dont mean we should kill them, but to give them the least preferential treat we can.
I dont know why I am watching this video where an unethical journalist speaks, who is payed by John SOros.

Also the example you gave, you know would never happen. If you don't know that, then you have never been a soldier. In a war zone, many things can happen. But what the video is talking about is PRISONERS. If you want our people that they capture to be treated humanely, we have to do the same.
