@zaqxswcdefgn no. it is not normally like this. i live in san diego county but my parents live in ocmd so i go there in the summer a lot and surf. in the summer, the waves are mostly like 2 or 3 ft high and there are several surfers fighting for every single wave but in september october and november its pretty good.
