Good marketers aim to understand their customer's behavior, wants and needs. But are they able to put this information into action, promoting the right thing, at the right time at the right place?
Until now you had no way of (directly) applying your knowledge about your customer behaviour. You can see what is typed into search engines, which can provide a basis to predict what the customer wants.
