This video has been shot with a camera attached to the passenger seat headrest with a Gorillpod, which is a great tool to attach your video or stills camera to odd places. Actual driving speed was around 40 mph, the video has been sped up by 4.8x, so it looks like 200 :) Topanga Cyn is a scenic 14 miles route from the West San Fernando Valley (Woodland Hills) to Malibu. So lucky to not have a tourist/slowcoach in front of you for the first 20 seconds. It's been years since I've driven this road unimpeded by people who are too lame to drive properly.
Then of course one eventually ends up with idiots tailgating. A great road when it's empty but very frustrating otherwise.

A magical place, I miss it so much ! I agree with the previous commenter, definitely not a place to practice flamboyant driving and better have the car brakes in mighty good shape ! On the way down from Topanga the brakes will be smoking LOL : ) !!!
