Have you tired to dance with your ankles tied together? It's not easy, but this is the origin of Sega, the rhythmical and sensuous dance of the African slaves, they created whilst they were transported by ship from he African mainland to the Indian Ocean islands of Mauritius and the Seychelles a few of centuries ago. Tied up by their ankles, they still managed to keep their spirit up and danced their way to slavery as they headed for the paradise islands of Mauritius and Seychelles. Today, you can learn how,and join the pretty dancers on the beach, lit up only by bon fire and the setting sun
