    Question is there a way of animating this effect in a video? For example zooming in on the image and then focusing on the eye for the effect as you get closer? I've not purchased Photoshop as of yet its expensive and I've yet to find a site that has it for a reasonable price. As of yet expenses are an issue for me, but I do want to get this software been watching tutorials such as your still deciding sort of on the fence routine contemplating...

    Why start shitty little arguments. The software packages are practically exactly the same. The only difference is the OS of choice and hardware. I would vouch for PC simply because I can change hardware as I desire and run any OS I want off of it. Hell I could install Mac OSX (and have in the past). Stop causing stupid little pathetic wars!
