If any part of her foot is touching any part of the batter's box line when she hits ball she is not out. If she hits the ball before her foot comes down oustide the batter's box she is not out.

Actually, if you look at the video more closely, upon contact, her heel is ON the line of the batter's box. To be considered an out, her foot has to be entirely outside the batter's box.

@fivetool It was an out. If you look and hear carefully, you'll see the foot coming out first, then the sound of the contact.

To Frozen4pe: You are supposed to make contact while the second foot is coming down so that you are not out of the batter's box at contact. From the angle of the video, it is tough to tell if the foot is still in the air or planted. This could be legal.
