well, that's my hometown in this movie. I liked it, because it's real. That's all.

I like this film.

My interpretation is that she as a tourist is seeing the town, but then we see this factory, and the polution it puts into the air, it saddens her. To the people with the masks, the people cleaning the windows, the workers, this is just a way of life, a fact of life. Everything they do, is revolving around the effects of this factory, and the tourist, an outsider sees how bad this problem really is, but to the villagers, they trudge on.
