I try to look at it in a "Good sport" kind of way. The girl that got him was literally the girl next door in his case and those kind of romances seem to last longer than what the kind we had. They're definitly happy together and if I had to choose a girl for him, she would have been the one, so I feel it worked out for the best.

At least you had the courage to show her how much you loved her. I was "head over heels" for my first (and so far only) love, but was too shy to tell him. Now he's with some one else and I am left wondering "what if?"
