Based upon everything I've read about the Governor of Alaska, she sounds like a pretty darn good public servant, and there are a lot of things I agree with her about. But she's just not ready for the Presidency and I'm convinced that this is going to end badly for both her and McCain. She should have turned him down.

Up until now, Dan Quayle was the worst VP pick in modern times (because he was dumb.) I think Sarah Palin is extremely intelligent and would make a great VP pick if she had at least a couple of years experience outside of Alaska.  I've lost a LOT of respect for McCain because of this pick.

She is not qualified for the position of Vice President. Atleast Obama was a senator beforehand. This woman's response to questions about foreign policy have to do with being able to commute to Russia easily.
