How much of these are ad-libbed? Knowing these two, I would imagine all. But nice to know if there was any prep or script at all?

I was suggesting why there may have been few views. It is widely recognised that the world, mainly the UK has been dumbed down eg by
a)lower standard in education and b) by media and government propaganda and brainwashing. You support my case by acknowledging the dumbed down TV audience did not appreciate this in 1994 either.

im not sure what to object to first, your pompous congratulating of yourself on your own perceived intelligence, or your dubious suggestion that the world has somehow become considerably "dumber" in the whopping 14 years since this was made. i dont recall this becoming a worldwide mainstream phenonemon in 1994 either.
