Prep was minimal, only the characters they were already familiar with (Morris as interviewer, Cook as Streeb-Greebling).

im not sure what to object to first, your pompous congratulating of yourself on your own perceived intelligence, or your dubious suggestion that the world has somehow become considerably "dumber" in the whopping 14 years since this was made. i dont recall this becoming a worldwide mainstream phenonemon in 1994 either.
