@stephen182006 Actually at 2:28 the technique is more precisely labelled as koshi nage. Admittedly, kokyu nage is a very broad and somewhat vague concept, as it is to do mainly with throws based on rhythm and timing... but techniques like koshi nage and ude kime nage would normally be referred to by their more precise names, even if some might argue that "everything in aikido is kokyu..." ;-)

I know is is not very important compared to the video (which is very good)... but what is the soundtrack? id like to use it during the warm up in our class. thank you.

nice flowing movements, if this is done right (which in this case it is) uke can be thrown all night as he's not being hurt and tori is being considerate. if yr causing pain, your aiki is bad as far as i'm concerned.
