Hi Cendy, you are an inspiration to me. Like i said in an earlier blog today, i haven't done the iodine as of yet. and was wondering what the diet consisted of. as well as how bad i will be feeling for this (hopefully)final step. I can only hope I can do as well as you.
My scar turned out to be keyloid; and still stings. Looks like I had my surgerys last week, not last July. Only one % of whites scar like this; and well must be my Sicillian hertige. Thank you so much for your insight,

Try using Sea Salt insstead of regular Table Salt. The Table Salt harms your thyroid - robs it of iodine, where the Sea Salt won't do that...so I've read...I eat hot oatmeal and I used to use Safeway or IGA brand...reg.salt...Now I buy Nature's Path w/Sea Salt.

Hi Cendy, I am going for a thyroid Met Survey Scan and I have to go on a low iodine diet for two weeks. I know about the thyroid cookbook, but I am wondering if I could e-mail you, because I am interested to find out what other foods I can pick up form the supermarket that has low /no iodine in them. I am single and don't have time to bake things from scratch. I am looking for foods that are simple to prepare and that little or no thought in preparing them. I am looking for a concrete item list

@fetymann So which is it, bad diet or processed food? Oh and to say that cancer rates are "a millions" times higher now is preposterous as there were probably only a few million humans alive at the time, whereas now there are about 7 billion, so the cancer rate may not have changed at all in reality. Add to that that most people now live to their 70s and beyond and the poor back in the day were lucky to live to be 40.

@sirgregmac hahaaaa... I think it's safe to say that cancer rates are a millions times higher than they were 2380 years ago. and you can also say that not everyone was eating perfect either. Many were barely living on not much variety for food, depending on their location. I'm sure those were the ones that got cancer. It makes perfect sense.

@fetymann First off Douche, before you go and start blaming processed foods for everything, do some research and realize that cancer was first documents by a guy who died 2380 years ago, I'm pretty sure they didn't have processed or genetically modified foods back in 400 B.C. Secondly, you have this huge rant about her video and a few seconds later you ask how she's doing now? You need to go to the bathroom MANN and check to see if your periods here, cuz that's an awfully big mood swing.

btw, I know this video is old, BUT I HAD TO comment :) I hope you're doing ok these days.

WTF MARGARINE?? Are you trying to get cancer again?? That crap is nothing but GMO, partially hydrogenated oils and CRAP!!! Stop eating "NORMAL FOOD" You need to do some more reading for sure! Eat raw foods and do a detox diet. Stay away from mainstream medicine. It'll kill you sooner! GUARANTEED! Cancer is a money making industry! WAKE UP! Your Uncle Ben's contains, CANOLA AND/OR SUNFLOWER OIL Which is most likely GENETICALLY MODIFIED CANOLA!!! If you want to live stop eating crap!!
Hi Cendy, are you finished with the iodine and and home yet? If so, bet you're glad and hope you're doing good. Send me a message when you feel up to it.
Take care!
