Back in 2009, leokimvideo had a contest to see who could make the most interesting and elaborate 40 second scene that would be able to fit into his remastered Mad Bomber episode. He also had a second contest where whoever could find the most bloopers in his remastered episode would win. Hundreds of people entered, and EuanEchidhog not only won the video contest, but the bloopers contest as well. The first place prize for winning the contest included a signed ERTL Thomas, a Mad Bomber cap, a huge crane set used in the original episode, an autoplay feature of the winning entry and more.
I still believe I could have won the video contest, but my entry was left to the last minute because I had ordered a new video camera and its delivery was delayed, so I had to use my old camera. Plus, I was going on vacation a week before the contest would end, so my entry was even more rushed. I finished it at about 11:30 PM the day before I was suppose to go on vacation. I was dissatisfied with my entry, and not surprised at all when it didn't win a prize. The main reason I entered the contest was that I thought it would be my chance to becoming big on YouTube. When I look back, I don't really see how it would have had a huge impact. If I had of won, I would probably would have gotten more attention, but nothing very significant. It still would have been nice to get that attention.
And I still think about that crane set sometimes.
This was pretty good :) I like the serious dark atmosphere and the sound effects.

I remember this contest. I also remember the dumpload of entries there were.
