Stop the World:Chapter 19

HEY! computer is almost fixed so i'm able to a little bit more acess to my story! Sorry it took so long. Thanks to the time off I got some amazing ideas though :). This might not be much but it'll get better promise!

Mikayla's POV
As we started walking towards our homeroom the boys were coming the opposite way. Nolan went to Demi, Lucas to Tay, Dean to Selena, David to Sarita (Ooooo!), and Taylor to me. It was cool how all of us had been friends since elementary school and then slowly but surely the guys became interested and bam! our group starts having couples. I never did mind that it didn't happen with me. Nolan, Lucas, David, and Dean are way to much like my brothers to ever think of them that way. Plus my heart in a way always belonged to Nick, even though he never knew it. But now my heart still belonged to Nick...and Taylor. Nick will always be that one guy I will always love. It sucks that he doesn't know it, or will ever know. Plus he might never ever, feel the same way back. So I guess for now the other part of my heart goes to Taylor. A sweet, funny, cute, amazing guy. He found the real me when no other guy was looking. "I have something important to bring up..." Taylor said with a nervous tone as we walked into homeroom. "Go ahead and tell me." I said and gave him a reassuring smile. "Well I've been talking to my parents and sister about you and now they are dying to meet you, so they were wondering if you would like to join us for dinner Saturday night." Wow. That was totally unexpected. But, I think it would be great to meet his family. He's told me so much about them. "That would be great! But why on Saturday and not earlier?" I asked. "My mom wants to make sure the house is completely settled in before we have anyone come over." He said. "That's understandable. Well, you can tell them that I will be greatly honored." I said with a big smile. He smiled his amazing smile and gave me a kiss on the cheek "I know that they are going to love you even more when they actually meet you." He said back. "They like me already? Wow. "I said back. "Yeah....after the day we first met I couldn't shut up about you, then after Saturday and Sunday too." He said with an embarrassed tone. "Aww! You don't have to be embarrassed; I think it's really cute that you were like that." I said. "Really?" he said, "Yes." We then joined in on the conversation everyone else was having. The bell rang then we headed off to World History, a break, study hall, Chemistry, and then lunch. The day was going by super fast. As always the boys went off and ate on their own table and us girls ate at our own table. "I think that David might ask me to the dance!" Sarita announced. "OMG!" the rest of us said. "Selena you rock. David is so cool! I'm totally crushing."Sarita said with a huge smile. "You're welcome! When I met you I knew you and David would be great together, so that's why I had him knock on your door this morning." Sel said back. "And I will always be grateful for that!" Sarita said back. Aw! It's so cool that Sarita found someone she likes. She and David look so cute together! "So guess what Taylor asked me this morning...: "What is it?" Tay asked. "Taylor asked on his parent's and sister's behalf if I wanted to have dinner with them Saturday". "Wow. That's a huge step." Selena said. "No kidding" Demi said. "What did you say?" Sarita asked. "Yes. But I'm kind of nervous." I confessed. "It'll be fine; they are going to love you. How could they not?" Tay said. I smile. "Taylor is obviously talking to his family a lot about you and they want to meet you. That must mean that they already like you" Sel said. "All you have to do is be yourself; the caring, sweet, awesome person that we love" Demi said. I smile, they all know how to make me feel better.

P.S. Did anyone else see New Moon?!?! I loved it :) Saw it 3 times.For not liking the book, I loved the movie. It's way better then the Twilight movie. But thats just me. Let me know what you think of this chapter and the movie if you saw it!
