Here we see a Metro North SPV-2000 on a branch in CT, next the Conrail OCS northbound at Poughkeepsie, NY, and a SB Conrail freight at Marlboro, NY on the River Line
You got SPV's!!! Good for you!! After all they were known as "Seldom Powered Vehicles." Not too many videos out there of SPV's running on their own power. Great catch. I only rode SPV's once from Northeast to Dover Plains. The bulkhead door was duct-taped shut but those cars rode nice and hauled ass.
I am Wondering what Kind of Horn the SPV's Use

SPV's were the intended "Replacement" for the RDC - and this never really happened.
They had too any "Technical Issues". They later were Converted to Constitution Liners on SLE and now are retired. Too Bad!
