Final Fantasy XIII - Ch9 Easy CP & Gil. Recorded from the JP PS3 version in 720p h.264.

Guide: During Chapter 9: Sanctum Skyfleet: The Palamecia, you'll enter the inside of the ship and end up in this wonderful spot to grind up some much needed CP and Gil. I tried out different paths for a quick run and this turned out to be the best one I could figure out that didn't require too much time between mobs running or loading times. You could do straight runs down the hallway back and forth but you'll be going through a full map change which requires about a 4-6 second loading time so that one isn't that great (unless you have SSD in your PS3 and the loading is faster). This method uses the maps location change of outside and inside of the ship as your marker for when you went far enough and can turn around to repeat the run. Pay attention to the minimap at the end of the video and you'll see right when the outside mobs dots appear is when you want to turn around. For this run you'll be doing 5 battles between each pitstop so to speak of the save point available. Each battle nets a average of 500-600 cp and a chance of two different minerals dropping that go for 500 to 2,500 gil each. Average run which is shown in the video you end up with about 2,500+ cp and 10,000+ gil. The main thing you have to really pay attention to in these battles is the new enemy that likes to buff themselves up. I tried out different Optima presets to see which way I can get through the enemies the quickest and the listing I show at the start is the one I used to grind through these runs. Jammer at the start to remove the buffs and slow down the enemy ATB, once that is done you switch to either the second preset for a quick heal or go straight to the third preset and start dps'ing like crazy. If you need another heal after that then move down to the fourth preset. That is pretty much it to this loop. Enjoy.
