That size at 15 he should be a fullback or linebacker but he's probably slow, if so he'll never play college ball. He'll drop out of junior college when his cheerleader girlfriend ends up pregnant. 10 years from now she'll be a college grad with a good job, with the babyfat and braces gone she'll be stunning. If there's a God... Home for the 10 year high school reunion she's sitting in her BMW with a smile on her face. She's just realized who the fat balding guy working the drive-thru window is.

This case is BS.. Dosent matter what age he's in, he shuld not have to pay even if he is a jerk, that is just insane.. But if that really works then why dosent a fat chick invite a hot guy to the prom and buys a dress for 40 000$ and then sues him when he dosent show up? its not against the law to not go to a dance? yes he is a jerk but to sue someone for not showing up for a dance.. damn... thats USA for ya

900 bucks for a DANCE? That's absolutely insane. This entire case is absurd. Though I think the guy was a complete jerk for standing her up, he didn't ask her to go out and spend a ridiculous amount of money getting ready.
No sympathy from me, she seems like a nice enough girl but let's just hope she doesn't turn into another brat with a false sense of entitlement; that's the last thing this country needs.
