Taxpayer's Alliance does not recognise BBC/Labour propaganda (12May11)

Emma Boon from the Taxpayers' Alliance bats away the stupid BBC line that the cuts that many local councils are making are not politically motivated. Of course they are. How much does cutting a school crossing person save compared to the outrageous pay and pensions of middle management, upper management and bosses of the council.

Millions of pounds can be saved from council budgets if the pay and perks of the management is savaged.

The BBC obviously towing the Labour party line that the cuts in council spending is vindictive by the coalition government.

@gushoodwink Building 7 was hit by neither aircraft or debris from WTC towers 1 or 2. It was undamaged. Yet it collapsed all by itself. Even the official 9-11 enquiry doesn't know why it collapsed. The BBC reported that WTC 7 collapsed before it did so, and with WTC 7 still visible and standing behind the reporter in the distance.

This is how it works:

If a govt dept. gets £1,000,000 budget this year, and they only spend £900,000, then next year they are only given a £900,000 budget to spend (they have PROVED that 900g is enough). Then the councillor/manager who managed to save all the money, would get sacked by his council, for getting their budget cut.

Amidst the mad annual rush to "get rid of all the money", they get smart ideas:

If there was no income tax, the govt could close the inland revenue and not pay their 100,000 workforce, HIGH wages.

Also, THOUSANDS of lawyers, judges (all on £4-800 per HOUR, yes i said HOUR) could also be done away with. They will GLADLY spend £10,000 of taxpayers money, to fine a taxpayer £100, for not paying their council tax, on time !
