Classic Car and Street Rod Cruise In, event held June 25-27, 2010 Tri-Cities Washington.

I would like to thank the Richland Police Department for their professional handling of this situation in which a cruise in participant squeeled his tires, thank you for not dragging him out of his car and Tazering him like a rabid dawg in front of all the families and kids or slamming him across the hood of his nice 67 Chevelle while handcuffed or unloading your Guns from 3-4 police through the side of his car getting blood all over the interior. You Richland Police did exactly what should have and no more. You guys get the thumbs up award and the gold star and the smiley face all in one stop. In other US Cities this man may not have been so lucky, but not in Richland Washington where the police still treat people like the citizens they are instead of like a terrorist, again hats off to you and thank you for your professionalism.

If this man did this in L.A. California, Portland Oregon or Seattle Washington the Police may have opted for all of the before mentioned actions and then shot him in the back before asking him for his ID while he was taking his final breath, knowing they were being video taped, and then turn on the one video taping to do the cameraman in also, and then call it a double suicide, but you had mercy on me and the perp.Thank you.
