His talking about his girl but suddenly his talking about niggas never believing his words?

I know alot about speech.. and that doesn't even make sense at a metaphoric level

That is what it sounds like to me, might be wrong however ;P. "Nigga" part probably is meant to mean the same as "you", dialectual black american speech. If you know anything about speech, its not difficult to figure out ;P, only that 1:22 part I had to replay because it is slurred badly.
