First of all, there is no secret, as said in the description which you obviously didn't bother looking at. This video is here so people will click on it expecting a secret, but instead get unfitting music. Second, this isnt gmod, in the good and original Half-Life, he doesnt "AutoHeal" he just doesnt get hurt because he's metal. Maybe you know Garry's Mod, but you obviously don't know much about Half-Life.
