    Muscle can help you build "curves" - shape, in places where you might not have them naturally. Especially if you are slender, this routine would help, but if you are carrying any extra body fat, it may still help because once you start to lose that extra fat (via routines like this one), your waist becomes more defined and your curves more definite.

    With such low weight, you could get away with doing it many times a week though you would be better off with lifting more heavily and adding in more variety of our workouts on those other days of the week.

    I've never come across instructors that knew how I want to work out as much as you guys. I just found you guys yesterday, but I've been familiar with some instructors on here for a while. What I love the most is how you construct workouts for the finished result, not just an abs workout, or a butt workout. You really tell us how the workouts going to help us, like creating an hourglass shape or curvy body. I also love how you give time to demonstrate the workout, and switch sides :) Thanks :)

    Hi your videos are really helpful. i started working out two weeks ago. i know it depends on different factors but is it better to exercise every other day or to exercise every day with 2 days of rest, im using 10 lbs right now
