In the extra video footage for one of the other episodes we see Peters writing to Manta in this episode that "the boy's ideas are foolish". I'm assuming since Topi's boss named this kid as a hacker of some sort that Peters was specifically referring to this specific kid as the one with "foolish ideas". Whatever ideas The Snow Viper had, foolish or not, are we to assume that Peters did not like them and possibly may have had him killed as a result?
