Flandre Scarlet, the little sister of Remilia Scarlet. Locked up for 495 years in the Scarlet Devil Mansion has made Flandre mentally insane, push her the wrong way and you'll go "Kyuu." No one knows whether Flandre stays in the basement willingly or if Remilia forces her sister in the basement. One thing Flandre does seem able to do is wander around the SDM freely, although not often. Her wings are also shrowded in mysteries, who created them? Are they actually natural? Are they actually a seal?
