Great setup, I'm using 3 PV 230w each with 30A Controller and 4x105A marine batteries and having charging problem they never reach 100% of charge.
Can you kindly suggest any solution?

Nice. Did I hear correctly that you are running a 48V battery system?
Is the generator you are going to be using going to have an autostart controlled by the mate?

those look like ironclad batteries, which I thought were horrible for deep cycling...dunno what they actually are though.
