you forget,in fire emblem you can dodge an arrow by jumping backwords XD they would just have to take a step or 2 back to dodge an explosion.

EVERYONE IS RELATED TO KYOSUKE!! And because they all have the Devil's Luck (or Nanbu Luck, take your pick) you have an invincible army who at the brink of death become virtually unkillable (I think something big like, oh, an explosion or something would still do them in, since, well, an explosion is hard to dodge).
