Spring were a British band that represented the early 1970s progressive rock movement. A one-shot band, it recorded only one album in its career, a self-titled LP released in 1971. (Wikipedia)
There is actually a 2nd unreleased Spring album, quite good in its own right. But, interestingly, it features only organ. No melllotron at all. Its a bit more aggressive than the first album, and is a big change in the band's overall sound.
If we can love music "as is" just listen and ..... hmmmm listen and .......... listen
and listen etc.....
i can listen it again and again and again and...

I'm Italian too and despite being a psych and progressive fan, it was an ex israeli girlfriend to introduce me to this record. It reminds me of her.

I don't know why Spring aren't famous. They are amazing. I'm italian and I was lucky to find they, because in Italy not many people know they.
I have their original "mini lp" found after many vicissitudes.
I love they!
P.S.: sorry for my bad english

I was fortunate to find the album on sale in ebay, a few years back. Although, I had to outbid some poor soul.

Yeah, Pique Withers-the drummer, he moved on to be the original drummer for Dire Staits.
