@ipsilon160 what i was trying to say is your logic is flawed. Anyone who puts their head over the ball doesnt deserve to be knocked out. You cant make front on contact anymore, the head is meant to be sacrosanct. Waters is very lucky. This is not too dissimiliar to the Lloyd bump on Sewell a few years back and Lloyd got 4 weeks. I would like to see more hips and shoulders let go but the AFL cant allow that because repitive concussions are good for no-one.

@ncarter7 well there is a bump then there is a cheap shot which staker recieved which is entirely different. a cheap shot which is what you are pointing out has no defence against because it comes from no where so sadly there no way you can defend yourself so Hall got what he deserved in his lengthy suspension. you forget one small thing hip and shoulders have been apart of AFL for well over 100 years and they make the game very interesting when you lay out there best player
