Those officials are very serious as they issue tickets. No special favors for anyone, either. I like that.
People should just accept that trying to part so closely in that kind of area has certain disadvantages. I cannot believe that Jess did not send out her assistant to check the meter. She just ignored it, and now she must pay the price.

If I was famous and the paparazzi did shit like that to me I would start launching fists in any direction. There sick! No respect whatsoever but I guess that's the cost of being a celebrity in Hollywood.
